Travelling in Finland
The best way to go from Helsinki to Turku and back is the train. The trip is approximately two hours, and will get you to the center of both cities.

Turku:
The conference has negotiated a batch of special-priced rooms for speakers in the hotel Centro, located in the city center, at a 15 minutes walk from the University. You should send them an e-mail mentioning your participation in the conference "Public Diplomacy in Context", and the booking number 54595.
